 Update version 2015.09.11 with changes

- Update transfers and PSD index to 11th Sep 2015.
- Update the numbers for new signing players at new clubs after Transfers Summer 2015.
- Update some national team squads in Europe for the UEFA Euro 2016 qualifying matchs recently (new team: Turkey)
- Update 2015 faces for many famous player eg. Ronaldo, Ospina, Jordi Alba, Pique, Verratti... (most of them from ilhanfacemaker's facepack).
- Update full balls for 2015-16 season.
- Update full kits for Bundesliga and Ligue 1.
- Fix kits error for Chelsea FC, Crystal Palace, FC Koln and GFC Ajaccio.
- Create 2015-16 some young players: Gyomber, Vainqueur, Weigl, Jean-Kevin Augustin, Hoedt, Ante Rebic, Darko Lazovic.

This version (2015.09.11) will be the final version for Summer Transfers 2015, if the serious errors are not found. Thanks a lot for all people who reported to help me complete this file. The new version will be released when Transfers Winter window 2016 close (maybe on February 1st, 2016).
